Command Sergeant major
Cadet CSM Cody Holland is the Battalion Command Sergeant Major, whose duties include supervision of JROTC special teams and responsibility of enlisted cadets. Special teams include Unarmed Drill Team, Armed Drill Team, Precision Drill Team, Rifle Team, Color Guard, Sabre Team, and PT Team. Cadet Holland’s responsibilities over enlisted cadets include ensuring their knowledge of proper uniform regulation and chain of command, as well as maintaining a professional relationship with enlisted cadets in order to provide possible assistance to these cadets.
Cadet Holland is the New Century Beta Club Secretary, President of the New Century Fellowship of Christian Students, commander of Color Guard, and was the Sophomore Class President for the Class of 2017. Outside of school, Cadet Holland is a member of the NACEE High Q Team, in which his team won 1st place at the 2015 competition in Atlanta. He also plays bass guitar in the Faith Chapel Worship Band.
After high school, Cadet Holland plans to attend either the United States Air Force Academy or the United States Military Academy at West Point. In college, he plans to study either Quantum Physics, Political Science, Legal Studies, or Nuclear Engineering.
